My Med List was designed to reestablish the Pharmacist – Patient relationship that once existed years ago. Because of the complexities within our current healthcare system model and medication management processes, patients are now left having to advocate for themselves. This unfortunate situation has lent itself to poor care, lack of knowledge and trust, and unnecessary medication errors resulting in patient harm. We aim to change this broken part of the model and earn your trust once again, by knowing our pharmacists are here to serve you.
